Heather Arnold is the ILS administrator for the Municipal Library Consortium of St. Louis County, where she has worked for over five years. She earned her MLIS from Mizzou in 2017 and has worked in most of the jobs that a library can offer - from shelving, circulation and reference, to administration. Heather has a passion for database cleanup, Excel spreadsheets, and e-resource collection development. She lives in St. Louis City with a small dog who likes to interrupt Zoom calls.
Heather Arnold will demonstrate Aspen and discuss the lessons learned since going live with the discovery layer in October. Steve Potter will also join the conversation to discuss the next steps and tell you how your library can become a MODiscovery Aspen Library.
